Maternal Fetal Care, P.C.

OB/GYN Private practice.

Specializing in high-risk care and women's health.

Ask

The practice wanted to roll out their new tele-health visit option. Patients will be able to go in and sign-up for specific appointments if they are unable to make it into the office.

Challenge

Write copy for sign-up page and for booking an appointment for web and mobile.. Focus the copy around the patient experience.

PAIN POINTS

Based on feedback from the user interviews, these were the most commonly identified pain points.

Appointment cancellation

If the provider is called to the hospital or unable to make it into the office, the patient's appointment has to be cancelled and/or rescheduled which can be inconvenient.

Covid-19 exposure or sickness

The patient or provider may have been exposed to C-19 or have some other illness but is still fully operational or is only a-symptomatic. This results in a delay of their appointment even though they could have still been seen virtually.

No childcare

Lots of patients identified they do not have childcare during the day and would often miss an appointment if they can't find a sitter..

Long commute

The practice is located in a busy city just outside of NY. This causes the traffic to be very congested throughout the entire day and can deter patients from wanting to book appointments to avoid being caught in traffic.
